Our staff are here to help you and will always try to be as polite as possible, even during difficult times.

There is an NHS Zero Tolerance Policy against shouting, swearing, aggressive or threatening behaviour, which will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Patients and members of the public who are abusive or threatening towards our staff may be asked to leave. It may sometimes be necessary for the Police to be called and this type of behaviour may result in patients being removed from our list.
