About the Surgery

Thank you for choosing Jubilee Healthcare as your registered GP surgery.  We hope that you will consider the service that we provide you to be the best possible.
We have two surgery sites, one at 41 Westminster Road (CV1) and the other at 60 Station Avenue (CV4). 

Most of our GPs work across both sites and you are free to see a doctor at either site.

We try at all times to provide you with the best possible service, but there may be times when you feel that we have not provided a service of the standard you would expect. If this is the case, please speak to us and we will work with you to find a solution.
