The NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) Service is closing.

  • From 31 March 2024 your GP practice will be taking over responsibility for your repeat prescriptions.
  • After this date you will not be able to order repeat prescriptions using the POD telephone line.
 

How can I order my repeat prescription?

The easiest way to manage repeat prescriptions is via the NHS App, or via your NHS account on the NHS website

Using the App, or the NHS website, you can:

  • Choose where your prescriptions are sent
  • Order at a time to suit you
  • Link your account to family members to order prescriptions on their behalf

If you are unable to access the NHS App, or the NHS website, please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to discuss your options.
